Voucher Delivery & Redemption

Your voucher and unique code will be emailed immediately after purchase.

Vouchers may be used for any dates that are publicly available for booking on our official website. If a room is available for standard paid reservation, it may also be reserved using a valid voucher.

To use your voucher, simply book directly with us and provide the code. Once redeemed, the voucher will be marked as used and a confirmation will be sent to the original purchase email.

Vouchers are transferable, but each code may be used once only.

If you are gifting the voucher, please forward the voucher email to the recipient.

Guests staying with an Early Bird Stay Voucher will also enjoy a welcome drink at our café during their stay — a small gesture to say thank you for being part of our opening story.

• Vouchers are non-refundable

• Vouchers have no cash value

• Vouchers are transferable, but cannot be exchanged for cash

• Valid for 2 years from the date of issue

• Subject to room availability at the time of booking

• Vouchers can be used for direct bookings only

• In the unlikely event that the business is unable to operate, vouchers cannot be refunded
